Great NYT article about how blogs are bringing about a whole new level of corporate accountability.
The story is about a dude's frustrating afforts to cancel his AOL account and the recorded 20+ min. phone conversation with the AOL 'customer service' rep that was eventually posted to his blog and gained national (and AOL's) attention. Also a fellow blogged about video taping a Comcast serviceman who fell asleep on his sofa while on hold w/ Concast service rep line. The video bacame a popular national watch.
