ZeFrank's Daily Video

ZeFrank's site has long been one of the most creative on the web. He was doing stuff with Flash that was light years ahead of anyone else, years ago. A while back he started doing these daily mini-movies. I tend to forget about them on and off. Here the day before yesterday and today. They are pretty funny. The second one is about a letter he got from Delta airlines.

Notice this about him: he never blinks. ever.

Flash required!!
Going on a web site like Harley Davidson they ask you..Flash or no flash. However, GM in their finite wisdom REQUIRES flash to go to the Saturn Automobile web site! No option. Users here at my company are not authorized to download anything based on the numerous computer infections that exist. I tried to click on "comments/e-mail" to let GM know this feature limits their traffic but guess what; I was told I need FLASH level 7! Like six is not good enough.

Quicktime req'd. The irritating thing to me is that Apple has combined Quicktime and iTunes software, so to get the Foxfire plug-in even if you uncheck as many of the boxes as are offered to uncheck, you still get iTunes software installed, like it or not.

I photographed this small weeping shrub in Pensacola in a front yard. The purple flowers and orange berries were present at the same time on this georgous plant. Color Change Paint Job

I spotted another car with one of those awesome paint jobs that change colors are you drive past. I used to see one with a different set of hues parked in from of a local vinyl liner pool company here in Gulf Shores. This is what I'd like on my VW Thing, but I want coral and peach shades so it look like a woman's fingernail polish rack at the nail salon. Anyone know anything about this type of paint job ? What is it called ? What's it cost. Where do you go to get it ?

Miller's Birthday Today

Today would have been Miller's 26th B'Day. Here are some birthday photos from his 11th and his 15th birthday and a few others. In one he has on some of his Grandaddy's vintage Lily Pulitzer pants. In another he was so proud of the size of the catfish that he caught that he was holding the cat for size comparison. He only bleached his hair once. He walked into the room with the cat and put it on his head, but it didn't work out as planned and I always thought it was one of the funniest photos of him I ever took. Miller was the most brilliant, funny, charming, thoughtful, & loving person I have ever known. He was finishing up Grad School and had every pilot's certification possible for his age when he died. There is no telling what he would be doing today had he lived. We all miss him so.
