Let Verizon give you an iPod

Darn,
Santa already brought me an MP3 player, or I would tell about the cable tech support guy who told me it would take up to 24 hours for one of my boxes to reboot, even though the other one in another room was fine. And I've never heard of anything taking 24 hours to reboot. Or even an hour. Not even Commodore 64 or whatever they were. And how I had to call 3 times before I got someone who knew the right button to push to make it work immediately. This was from the small amount of aftermath we had from Katrina, so of course, hated to complain.
Or I could tell about the time we switched to smart box, asked for 2 boxes, one for each tv, and a part-time preacher/cable guy showed up on christmas eve with not two, but one box, and said he had to go preach, couldn't get the other box for two more weeks. But all of this pales in comparison with my lovely Dell experience. THAT, I would gladly share with the world. One of my resolutions - Forget Dell exists. Kind of hard to do with all the advertising they do.

Happy new year!
